This class is for the beginner yogi, and for an advanced  practitioner who wants to get back to the fundamentals. Your teacher will lead you through fundamentals of the practice of asana (poses), touch on the breath work and introduce meditation in tiny bits. This class will set you up for success  in challenging classes by teaching you alignment in poses and connection to the breath. This class is slower moving  to allow time to break poses down with more specifics and adjustments.
